Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Most orders ship out within 3-5 days unless we are out of stock in which case it can take longer to ship but your entries will still get entered no matter what (unless you cancel your purchase), all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping and arrive within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you, giving you real-time updates on your shipment.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a no-refund policy; however, if you need to exchange your item for a different size, you will be responsible for shipping.

Q: What if my order never arrived?

A: If your order hasn’t arrived after shipping confirmation, please allow two business days before contacting us. FedEx may hand off your package to a different carrier, depending on workload. After (2) two business days, please email us at shop@ikyihur.com, and we will look into the order.

Q: I had the package sent to the wrong address; what do I do?

A: Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do in the event of a typo. Please double and triple-check your address before purchasing. If the item gets returned, we will contact you for the correct mailing address. There will be no refunds.
